Politique d’expédition

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

Orders with custom or made-to-measure items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide, including North America, European Union, and Middle East.
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@caftanitta.com to inquire about shipping availability.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. 

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on your delivery address, the parcel may be shipped either with Aramex or Chronopost. Shipping options are displayed on the checkout page.  

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and unforeseen delays.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before placing your order.
  • If a package is refused due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund.


6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment through the tracking tool on the carrier’s website.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@caftanitta.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24h of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.


8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
