1. General Terms

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Caftanitta through our website www.caftanitta.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted elements.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via email.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is offered for orders delivered within Morocco.

All prices are listed in the relevant currency depending on the customer’s location when navigating the website and include applicable taxes.

Full payment is required before order processing.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For orders with a delivery address located within the EU, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return conditions.

For orders with a delivery address located outside the EU, we accept returns/exchanges for damaged/defective items, provided the customer notifies us within 24h of receipt of the parcel. The item should nonetheless be unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective/damaged upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend checking with local customs before ordering.

7. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 4 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco as this is where all our items are made and shipped from.

Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Province of Berrechid, unless otherwise agreed.
